I am looking for a roommate to share a large furnished 3-room apartment, on the 2nd floor (with elevator) in a secure and very quiet condominium. A non-smoker, serious and calm person.

The room provided is 12m2 and is fully furnished (large sofa bed, wardrobe, small storage units). It is possible to add a small side table and chair. You will also have an Internet connection (fiber) in case of teleworking.

You will also have access to the living room, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, so you can enjoy the sunny flowered terrace.

Close to shops, Saint-Spire college and the banks of the Seine for direct access to the Francilienne. 15 minutes walk from the city center, the market square and Corbeil train station.

FYI, I have two cats, so sharing accommodation would not be suitable if you are allergic.
