This is a small shared accommodation in the centre of a large mid-mountain hamlet, facing due south. The hamlet's environment is shared between views of the mountain range, meadows and the forest. It is a quiet place for nature lovers. We are 20 minutes from Massat and Saint-Girons and 10 minutes from Seix and Oust. It is necessary to have transport. The future occupants will have chosen to live together, to share much more than a rent: discussions over coffee/tea, shared meals, collective building sites, aperitifs, films watched together are part of the life of the shared accommodation. It is important that the new roommates share this open and "family" vision, that they know what it means, and that they want it on a daily basis.
