It's located 1.5 km from the village of Les Carroz. Access to the A40 motorway is 15 minutes away. The living areas, such as the kitchen and living room, the entrance hall, and the outdoor spaces (balcony, parking) are shared. With the other tenant's agreement, it's possible to occasionally add one or two people using a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.
