Shared apartment in a brand new, fully furnished and fully equipped apartment. The apartment is located in a new luxury residence, with all shops nearby. The Pierre et Marie Curie metro station (line 7) is just a few minutes' walk away, as are the T9 tram station and the RER C station in Ivry. Nearby bus lines also make getting around easy.

The apartment includes three bedrooms, two toilets, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room, all with new and modern amenities. We are looking for clean, sociable, fun, organized, and relaxed roommates with guarantees (females preferred) for a flexible term.

All rooms are fully furnished and have plenty of storage space, including a bed, closets, a desk, an office chair, shelves, etc.
