Rooms in private house (Bressanone - 39042)

Description

Me and my 12 year old son live in an old tyrolian house with a lot of charme and peace.
We have three rooms available: one with a double bed (160 wide), another one with a bunk bed, and one with a single bed. They are very simple but cosy and clean. I can add an extra bed if needed. The house has two floors.There is a bathroom upstairs and a smal toilet downstairs. Parking is available. I have quite a few musical instruments in the house among which a piano, which you are very welcome to play!in your spare time you can relax in the loggia or in our beautiful and wild garden in the hammock or do some yoga in the yoga room (I'm a yoga teacher).
Our cat Nina, the hedgehogs in the garden and the many birds living in our trees will welcome you!

The place can be reached from Brixen with a city bus in 10 minutes and main hiking areas are also easly reached by car or public transport. There is a little food shop in the village and two very good restaurants.
