This recently built house (2005) has a 500 m² garden and is located in a small, quiet development. A 9 m² SINGLE ROOM, facing south, offers pleasant views and is not overlooked. Two separate single beds (90 cm), wardrobe, shelves, desk, fan, Wi-Fi, and access to all amenities. Bathroom, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob and electric oven) + microwave, utensils, dishes, and more.
