Description
I am offering a room with a sea view in our house, which is bright and equipped with storage space and a desk. The house is located a 5-minute walk from the Bleuets beach in Saint-Laurent, close to shops (pharmacy, Spar, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, post office) and a bus stop 50 meters away serving Saint-Brieuc, the train station, and Plérin. The room is on the first floor, next to a bathroom and a toilet. There are two of us living here, and one of us works from home three days a week on the ground floor. There is a small dog, a young cat, and the floors sometimes creak. The kitchen and toilet are shared. Bed sheets and towels are provided. The atmosphere is family-oriented. This room is suitable for a student, an intern, or a work-study trainee. If you are away on the weekend, those nights are not charged. It is possible to book an initial week from Monday to Thursday, for example, and subsequent weeks in the same way.
