I'm offering a sea-view room in our house, bright and equipped with storage and a desk.
The house is a 5-minute walk from Bleuets beach in St. Laurent. Shops are 300 meters away (pharmacy, Spar, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, post office), and a bus line is 50 meters away, serving St. Brieuc, the train station, and Plérin on the other side.
The room is on the first floor and adjoins a bathroom and toilet.
We live together; one of us works remotely three days a week on the ground floor. There's a small dog and a young cat, and creaky floorboards. The kitchen is shared, as are the toilets.
Family atmosphere. Suitable for a student, intern, or work-study student.
