9 m² room with adjoining balcony, in a charming 60 m² apartment on the 6th floor (no elevator), near the Place de Clichy metro station, in a lively and convenient neighborhood (metro, shops, cafes all within walking distance).

The apartment has charm, an open view, Wi-Fi, and all the everyday amenities: washing machine, equipped kitchen, small bathroom (⚠️ low ceilings – not ideal for very tall people 😅).

I am a 45-year-old freelance woman, often working remotely.

Friendly atmosphere, ideal for a quiet, independent person who respects the space, ideally out and about during the day (work, studies, etc.). Discretion is requested, as it is a family-run building.
