The two rental bedrooms are located on the first floor of our villa, with the ground floor reserved for our private use. On the first floor, there is also an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a living room with a television, and a separate toilet; the second toilet is located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own private terrace. We can provide bed linens or other additional services for an extra fee to be agreed upon. Our tenants have access to the garden with a large covered terrace. At this time, we only accept female tenants!
