I am looking to share my two-story house, which features a sunroom and a courtyard in Vichy, near City Hall, the train station, the city center, the university, and various schools on Rue Fleury. Therefore, I am offering a room on the second floor of my house for a student. It is a sloping-ceiling room with a large window, a 1.40m bed, a desk, shelves, a nightstand, a wardrobe, bedside lamps, and a ceiling fan (bed linens and towels are provided). The bathroom has a shower (hairdryer, ironing board). The separate toilet is on the first floor and is reserved for the tenant. Shared kitchen (with refrigerator and cupboard), dishwasher, and microwave. A washing machine and dryer are located in an adjoining room. Wi-Fi connection, rent is €400 (utilities included, no security deposit). Rental available to minors with parental consent.
