Room Rental (Meyzieu - 69330)

Hello,

I am renting a room in a two-bedroom apartment, separated by the bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet, close to two T3 tram stops going to Part-Dieu station. The apartment is also close to downtown, a supermarket, access to the Rocade Est and the A432, as well as the soccer stadium and the LDLC ARENA. There is street parking available, which is lit at night.

This is my home, so I live here. The room I am renting provides access to the shared bathroom.

I always keep my apartment clean.

I own two very sociable female cats. This is important information for those who are allergic to animal hair.
