House in a quiet subdivision, 172 sq ft (16 m2) bedroom on the 1st floor.
Very low electromagnetic fields in this house. Ethernet cable provided on the bedroom desk. If needed, I will show the tenant how to activate Wi-Fi on the router.
5G is not permitted, only 4G.
When the tenant goes to bed, they are requested to put their mobile phone in airplane mode and turn off the Wi-Fi if enabled :)

Thank you Corinne for everything, my room was perfect and Corinne was helpful about any issue. It took me 30mins to get to Paris-Saclay from the house(with a bus). I had all the thing i needed in the kitchen and bathroom. My stay was calm, cozy and full of joy.
