I'm offering a room for rent in a large 52 m² apartment located in the heart of Lyon.
The apartment is bright and very well-equipped. It includes a large living room with a new fold-out sofa, Wi-Fi, a telephone line, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and is fully furnished. The bedroom has a double bed, a desk, and a storage closet, all brand new.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a heated towel rail. The apartment, located near Part-Dieu train station, offers a view of the pencil and benefits from a quiet, private environment.
Three metro stations, two bus lines, and a tram line are nearby. A bike rental station is available around the corner, and a bakery is also nearby. The neighborhood is vibrant, with many shops and is accessible 24/7.
At least one public parking space is available nearby. The banks of the Rhône are a 10-minute walk away.
