Apartment close to the Cité universitaire, on the border of the 13th and 14th arrondissements.
Safe neighborhood, all shops.

- employée qui parle mal des hôtes derrière leur dos, que ce soit de moi dont elle parle ou d'une autre hote envers moi... Dès mon arrivée. - Saleté dans l'appartement Il n' y a rien pour les hôtes si on veut nettoyer ces saletés : balais , serpillière etc inaccessible - saleté dans ma chambre : Touffe de cheveux dès mon arrivée Mauvaises odeurs Le sol est collant Ils ne connaissent pas la serpillière - harcèlement : Parle mal de nous sans préciser la cause précise Se permet de déplacer mes affaires, le gel douche par exemple. - illégalité : Essaie de forcer la porte de ma chambre pour y entrer A jeter mes affaires, dont de la nourriture... Je suis venue pour valider une licence (université de la Sorbonne). Ces conditions ont porté préjudice dans mes études. Je déconseille cet endroit. Vous vous sentirez mal. Cordialement, Sophia Deriaz

Personne qui a créé un vrai trouble à l'appartement. Pleine de certitudes. Ghosting et vengeance.

Le lieu est très agréable (neuf, lumineux, confortable) et très bien situé, proche du métro 14 et des commerces pour passer un bon séjour! Nous partageons l'appartement entre voyageurs (3 à 4 chambres louées avec des locataires qui se côtoient et s'entrecroisent au gré de la journée). J'y reviendrai ! Merci!
