Description
Hello, I am offering a room for rent in a shared housing unit on the upper floor of my home. The house is non-smoking. The house is perfectly suited for workers, as it is located close to Naval Group (within walking distance) and 14 km from Airbus Bouguenais and the airport. The room is equipped with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and a storage unit. Wi-Fi is free. The shared housing unit includes a bathroom, toilets, and a kitchen. The garden offers a peaceful setting. La Montagne is a town located south of Nantes. It benefits from all amenities: a cinema, a market, and many associations. A bus provides access to the terminus of tram line 3 (La Neustrie), which leads to Place du Commerce in the city center. Access to the north of the Loire is facilitated by a ferry nearby, allowing you to cross the river.
