Room for rent - Shared accommodation near the city center (Cognac - 16100)

Hello everyone!

We are Lucile (27 years old), Marine (32 years old) and Paul (23 years old) and are currently looking for someone to join our shared accommodation.

We live in a two-level townhouse, 170m² with a nice little garden. It is located at the entrance to Cognac, 10 minutes walk from the city center, next to the train station and 2km from the 709 base. It is composed of:
- 4 bedrooms (bed and bedding, wardrobe, desk)
- 2 bathrooms (shower) and 2 toilets.
- 1 large fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, table and chairs).
- 1 living room and dining room
- Boiler room, cloakroom, gas central heating, tumble dryer and washing machine.
- 1 large landing with wall cupboards.
- Garage.
- Small garden with trees for grilling in fine weather.

Charges include (garbage, gas, water, electricity, wifi).
