Room for rent (shared accommodation) (Saint-Jérôme - J7Z 4Y2)

I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my small 5 1/2 apartment. I live alone with my 15-year-old son, who shares custody with his mother (50/50), so he's not here very often. He's very respectful and polite. We have a cat. Drugs are prohibited in the apartment, alcohol should be consumed in moderation, and smoking is only permitted outside.

We're looking for a student or working professional who is also respectful and responsible. You won't have to clean the apartment, except for keeping your room clean and washing your dishes; we'll take care of everything else. There's a washer and dryer on the main floor.

It's an older building, but clean and quiet, located close to all amenities. The room can be furnished, semi-furnished, or unfurnished, depending on your preference, if you wish to bring your own belongings. I can send photos or videos upon request.
