I rent a room on the first floor of my house, very bright, quiet.
Recent decoration. 140 bed. A wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a table.
Small fully equipped kitchen and bathroom to share with other tenants, with storage space for everyone.
Cleaning of the common areas is done regularly.
5 min walk from a bus and tram stop, 20 min walk from Tours train station and the historic center.
Free parking spaces in the street. Possibility to secure a bicycle if necessary.
