Room for rent (Nevers seaport) (Nevers - 58000)

Good morning,

I rent a student room in my accommodation (I am the owner).

FYI it's a house 🏡.

⚠️ Those who have a phobia of dogs should refrain. I live with an adorable boxer dog (playful and protective, he has received no training, just an education as a full member of the household). Unfortunately, I cannot accept other animals (cat/dog) for obvious reasons.

Please note that my accommodation is relatively atypical. You either like it or you don't.

The room for rent is located on the upper floor via a solid wood spiral staircase, it is approximately 10m2 in size with a window (manual blind). The construction is recent. The entrance door to the room is a sliding door with a closing hook on the inside. The ceiling of the room is equipped with an electric velux with remote control.

TV installed on the desk (if it gets in the way I can remove it).

Smoking is possible on the outdoor terrace.
