The building in which the apartment is located is next to a bus stop, 6 minutes from the city center and 3 minutes from the train station (15 minutes on foot), close to the university campus and HE-Arc.

The 95m² apartment is on the 3rd floor and features three large bedrooms, a beautiful living room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (table and 6 chairs) (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.), and a shared bathroom. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine available.

The available room is approximately 13m² and is equipped with a bed, a wardrobe, and a desk.

I'm a 23-year-old student at HE-Arc, and I'm looking for roommates, preferably female, with whom I'd get along well. I enjoy cooking, going out with friends, and also relaxing and reading.
