On the first floor are four bedrooms (each with a key) ranging from 13 to 26 m² (140 to 290 sq ft), furnished with a choice of a 90 or 140 cm bed with new and complete bedding, a bedside table, a desk, a wardrobe or a chest of drawers, and a rack with hangers.
On the landing is a bathroom of over 14 m² (155 sq ft) with a bathtub and shower. There is also a separate toilet on this level.
On the ground floor, there is a recently renovated, fully equipped 38 m² (38 sq ft) kitchen and another separate toilet.
In addition, there is a 30 m² (332 sq ft) library-lounge equipped with fiber optic internet, which opens onto an office soon to be furnished with a pool table! Coming soon, the covered garden will offer, in addition to a ping-pong table, a cocktail bar (non-alcoholic) with bistro tables for evenings with friends!
