I'm moving out of my room in a shared apartment with four engineering students, all currently on internships, which guarantees a peaceful atmosphere.

The house is 115 m² and the bedroom is 15 m². It has a very large garden and generous spaces, with a double bed, which is very pleasant for the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped: it has three burners, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There's also a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, not to mention a large garage with plenty of tools. The accommodation is eligible for housing assistance (APL).

Located in Hay les Roses, near the Val de Marne Rose Garden, the house is also close to a bus stop that takes you to the RER B line in Bourg-la-Reine in ten minutes, which connects you to central Paris in fifteen minutes.

Photos of the current condition are available, noting that several pieces of furniture (TV, storage, etc.) have been added in the meantime.
