Furnished room for rent - exclusively for students - in a comfortable and quiet 4.5-room duplex apartment in Bramois. It is located a 5-minute walk from bus stops, 10 minutes by bike from the hospital, and 10 minutes on foot from the Kurt Bosch Institute (UNIL Bramois). The bathroom is shared with my two daughters, aged 12 and 11 (present every other weekend). The kitchen, living room, balcony, washing machine, and dryer are available for shared use. WiFi is provided. Locked bike storage room available; public parking space 200 meters away. The room is available starting in January 2027. The lease duration is to be agreed upon. Rent is CHF 500 per month, utilities included.
