Lines 8 and 5 take you to the SNCF interchange hub, where you can make connections to the express buses to Sophia Antipolis. Lines 30 and 31 take you directly to the Carrefour hypermarket or to Juan Les Pins. The furnished room has a private bathroom, including a shower and a sink. View of the interior garden of the residence from the loggia. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift. The door to the bedroom has a lock. A corner of the loggia is equipped with a clothes horse reserved for the occupant. The kitchen is shared, as is the refrigerator. Bed linen is provided. Access to the washing machine is allowed once a week. We speak French, English and Spanish.

A bus connects the residence to the train station (3 km) and the city of Nice (15 km). Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence are possible. Important detail: 4 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant should not be allergic to animals or any cat hair! A small detail that is not included in the list of amenities provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which is quiet), a TV, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred as I am a non-smoker myself. I should point out that the accommodation is for one person and not for a couple.
