We are a family of two adults and two children, ages 5 and 8. We have an unused room that we rent out, mainly to students or young professionals.
This room is located upstairs, almost isolated from the rest of the house, giving it a private and almost independent feel. It is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a desk. Air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter, it offers pleasant comfort all year round.
The adjoining rooms include a bathroom and toilet.
