A large bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and shared shower is available on the first floor. My children, aged 11 and 13, our housemate, and I look forward to welcoming you to our large, sunny home. You will have access to the garden, a garage for bicycles or motorcycles, and an outdoor parking space. The living room and kitchen can be accessed at any time. The house is located three minutes from a bus stop heading to Brest and is near the town center of Plougastel, which is an eight-minute walk away. We are also close to the expressway leading to Brest. We have two cats that sleep on the ground floor.
