For rent, large room in a seven-room detached house, located in a quiet, green area on the edge of the forest, while remaining close to amenities. The bathroom is to be shared with two male housemates, aged 28 and 35. A parking space is available for an extra charge. A security deposit is required. I am looking for a French-speaking man, aged 40 or under, who is calm, respectful, clean, and appreciates harmonious shared housing.
