Hello, my 30 m² apartment is made up of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen area and a bathroom with WC. Outside there is a large 15m² terrace with a tea room. It is located five minutes from the Stade Vélodrome, in the Carré d'Or, just off Grand Rue Paradis and Avenue du Prado. Paid parking on site. Very well served by bus lines 21 Luminy, 19 and 83 for Madrague beach, Corniche and 41 to go to town, as well as metro line 2. 3 minutes from the Stade Vélodrome and 15 minutes walk from the Plage du David. Free coffee and cold drinks! I can lend you beach towels and sunscreen!
