Room for rent (Cenon - 33150)

Hello,

In a 125 m² house located in Cenon, near the Mairie de Cenon tram stop, we offer three shared rooms currently under renovation (painting, floor renovation). Hence the not very pretty photos :)

There are two rooms of about 20 m², all charges included at 550 euros.

There is another room with an additional floor that can be used as a living room, bedroom with private toilet included. This room can be rented for a couple or for friends, at a rate of 700 € for two people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, as well as a fridge, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, with a 45 m² living room open to the kitchen.

There is also a garden, the house is not semi-detached. We have installed a Verisure system, so that all tenants will have activation badges. Outdoor cameras have also been installed for the comfort of tenants.
