Description
Room for rent overlooking a wooded pedestrian walkway and a large sunny terrace, recently renovated. It is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, equivalent to a quality mattress, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, and a large desk. A kettle and a coffee machine with coffee pods and tea are provided, as well as Wi-Fi internet access. The terrace, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared.
I also offer breakfast and dinner for a more convivial experience.
The room is located a 5-minute walk from the Noisiel RER station, offering easy access to transport. It also benefits from a wide variety of local shops and a shopping center. Many green spaces, including a forest, a lake, and a large park, enrich the surroundings. The Château de Champs-sur-Marne is also quite close. Please note that I had many 5-star reviews, which were deleted by mistake.

Évelyne est une hôtesse accueillante, prévenante, au petit soin pour ses visiteurs, la chambre est conforme à l'annonce avec un accès sur une terrasse surplombant une allée ombragée, le quartier est calme, la proximité de la gare RER Noisiel est un plus, tout comme les commerces. Je recommande vivement.
