Description
I am renting out a 140 sq. ft. room with a double bed (63 inches) in my recently renovated apartment, where I also live. Located on a high floor with an elevator, the room features a lovely private east-facing balcony. You can have your breakfast there.
The tram line 1 is a 5-minute walk away, and a direct bus to the city center is located right at the foot of the building. All shops and amenities are close to the accommodation: a bar/brasserie right next door for your meals, as well as restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets... I can also reserve space for you in the fridge (cooking space not included for short stays).
I am an entrepreneur and I work from home. I am happy to share moments with you, such as an aperitif depending on the chemistry, on my beautiful terraces. I place a high priority on cleanliness and respect for the space.
