Transportation: (bus 60) at the foot of the building, tram 500 meters away, Debourg metro 10 minutes away, local shops nearby. The kitchen and bathroom, with a washing machine, are to be shared with respect for others. The toilet is separate. The kitchen, which is also the meeting place for the housemates (3 boys and one girl), is fully equipped with cutlery, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, cupboards, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc. No living room. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, desk, chair, storage, and bed sheets. The price includes all utilities (service charges, hot water, cold water, electricity, fiber-optic internet, household linen, bed sheets, duvet, and pillows). Rent 500 euros all-inclusive.
