I am offering a room with a double bed; two other rooms are for rent in the home. We share the bathroom and kitchen, which we keep clean after use. All appliances are accessible, as well as a washing machine and dryer. TV and Wi-Fi are provided. There is a parking space available for each room. It's possible to store a bicycle, scooter, or other items in the garage. The house is kept clean. The rooms are non-smoking. Surroundings: Carrefour Market at 500m, bakery, tobacco shop, pizzeria, wine bar, restaurant, sushi, doctors, etc. In Taillan, we are well-situated, and everything is within walking distance. Bus: The stop is 25m from the house; lines 2, 3, 37 pass by (until 2 AM). Tram: At Eysines Cantinolle, 5 minutes by bus, and Blanquefort train station, 10 minutes by bus. You might encounter two cats and some chickens in the garden, and you'll have the opportunity to enjoy their eggs. Close to Lacanau beach, close to Bordeaux city center, close to the Médoc road.
