The hosts live in another city throughout the year and are only present in the house for a few weeks a year. Access to the living areas is free in their absence but is limited to meal preparation when they are present (meals must be taken in the room). Five rooms are occupied year-round. The room in this listing, which faces south, is very quiet and overlooks the house's small garden.
In the absence of the hosts, cleaning of the common areas is carried out collectively by the tenants.
The room is ideally located for students: a large townhouse near the Saint-Jean train station, Saint-Michel, and Victoire. Located on the 2nd floor, it features a window with a view of the garden. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the two other rooms on the floor, which are also rented out. The room includes closets, a double bed, a desk, and Wi-Fi.
