10 m² room, wardrobe, drawers, small desk, shared bathroom next door (with bathtub), shared professional kitchen (large fridge, large stove & oven, microwave, extractor hood, large countertop, utensils), shared dining area in addition to the kitchen, washing machine, 2 high-frequency bus lines less than 30 minutes from Lyon city center, Wi-Fi, etc., and other amenities such as bed sheets and towels. Cleaning fee refunded if returned clean. Numerous local shops less than 20 minutes away on foot. 2 high-frequency bus lines less than 5 minutes away reach Lyon Presqu'île in less than 30 minutes. Please note: there is a non-aggressive, rather curious, and sociable cat. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are available for rent to help cover my expenses. I live here, work remotely, and ask that common spaces and items be kept clean and treated with respect. A furnished rental agreement can be provided upon request.

Catastrophique. Je suis sûr de ne pas être le seul à déposer des commentaires de ce type mais vous n'avez cesse de faire en sorte qu'il continue de recevoir des locataires. J'ai pitié pour les gens qui y partiront.
