The house is non-smoking and does not allow pets. It offers a natural and peaceful living environment, as well as two terraces, one facing south and one north, perfect for relaxation. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is available for you to prepare and enjoy your meals and includes all necessary amenities. The bathroom and separate toilet, adjoining the room, are shared. Tenants are responsible for cleaning their own room. You can park for free right in front of the house and use buses or my bike if needed. The village center is nearby.
