The nearby train station is connected by frequent buses that pass right by the building.

The apartment is designed for shared accommodation, with a large, real common living space (living room + terrace). It is of a good standard. A bedroom with a balcony is available, with the second (green) available on May 5th. Reservation are reserved for people who understand the constraints of shared living and respect shared equipment. The tenants would like to meet you before moving on together, which is possible using apps like WhatsApp and/or Zoom if you are far apart.
