We would like to offer an independent and comfortable 14m² space on the 1st floor with an elevator:
- Quiet, with a large window and balcony overlooking a beautiful private garden
- Furnished and equipped studio (bed, table, closet, kitchenette with oven and microwave)
- Shared and renovated shower with only one other renter, washing machine, and toilet next door
Utilities include everything: central heating, water, electricity, and internet.
Building from the 1970s, warm during winter, and cool during summer!
Much more comfortable than any "chambre de bonne haussmannienne."
Recently repainted all in white, more pictures of the furniture will be available soon.
Located 10 minutes away from Dauphine by tramway.
It is possible (not mandatory) to pay partly in exchange for childcare for two children aged 3.5 years and 2 years old. Hence the ad in English, with a preference for a foreigner to expand their language exposure (can be English, Spanish, or Turkish speaker).
