Description
I offer a bright 10 m² room located on the upper floor of my home, with a private bathroom. It is equipped with a 120 cm bed, a nightstand, and a closet. You can enjoy the garden, its swimming pool, and all nearby amenities, such as the supermarket, shops, and services within a three-minute walk. It is easy to park a car. Forest trails are close by and allow for long walks.
I am looking for a woman or a young girl, someone calm and respectful. Common areas will be shared harmoniously. You will be responsible for the upkeep of your room and bathroom.
I am a social worker and I am not home very often, except in the evenings. My adult children visit from time to time, but no noise disturbance is to be reported. Although located in the center of Cestas village, the house offers a peaceful yet lively setting.
