I am offering a bright 10 m² room located on the upper floor of my home, with a private bathroom. It is furnished with a 47-inch bed, a bedside table, and a wardrobe. You will have access to the garden, the swimming pool, and all nearby amenities, such as the supermarket, shops, and services, which are just a three-minute walk away. Easy street parking is available. Forest paths are nearby, perfect for long walks.
I am looking for a woman or a young woman who is calm and respectful. Common areas will be shared considerately. You will be responsible for cleaning your room and your bathroom.
I am a social worker and I am not home very often, except in the evenings. My adult children visit from time to time, but there is no noise disturbance to report. Although located in the center of the town of Cestas, the house offers a peaceful yet lively setting.
