Room for tenants who can work in complete peace and quiet. Tenants are at their workplace during the day. The apartment is located in a small, very quiet building in a peaceful neighborhood. Ideal for those looking to avoid parties and loud music. Free parking is available at the foot of the building. A supermarket is 300 meters away, and the Atlantis shopping center is a 5-minute tram ride away. Tram line 1 is a 10-minute walk, while buses 23 and 59 are 2 minutes away.

Pas besoin de noter Catherine. Elle est simple, ouverte d'esprit et posée. Agréable à vivre au quotidien, Catherine est une vraie perle!
Catherine sait vous recevoir dans un environnement calme, très calme, où la propreté, l'ordre et l'hygiène sont de rigueur. Discrète en étant accueillante, Catherine vous reçoit dans un lieu plein de charme. Le tram est à 5 min et de nombreuses places de parking sont disponibles. Bref, le TOP !!!

Un accueil très chaleureux de Catherine dans un appartement agréable et très propre où l'on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Pour le prix de la location, il n'y a vraiment pas à hésiter !
La chambre est très bien, elle n'est pas très grande mais cela suffit et il y a une armoire où l'on peut ranger nos affaires. Catherine est une personne très accueillante, avec qui j'ai parlé très facilement. Location que je recommande sans problème !
