I am offering to sublet my room during the summer of 2026. The apartment has two independent bedrooms, one of which is occupied by Maria, a Colombian Sciences Po student. She speaks French, English, and Spanish; she is lovely and very discreet. The apartment is spacious, quiet, faces the courtyard, and is functional with every comfort (bathtub, washing machine, bike storage, fiber-optic internet, etc.). I use this room for my stays in Paris, but I will not be here from late June to mid-September. Given the short period, I will not offer a formal lease but rather a verbal agreement with a respectful person looking for a place to stay in Paris (which is very complicated for a short term).
