Old-fashioned house, "as is," in a peaceful hamlet, ideal for rest. Heating 🪵 T°60°F. ⚠️⚠️ "CLUTTER AND DUST," not very ☀️. All spaces are shared with 4 people (+ 3 large dogs and 2 cats, often outside). 8 m² bedroom (please avoid eating in there). Spartan, with a 55-inch bed (box spring placed directly on the floor), a writing desk for some belongings and/or a laptop, 3 outlets, and, ⚠️, an aquarium (silent 😊). Next door, another bedroom, separated by wooden crates and a cardboard partition, offering moderate sound insulation (please avoid talking too loudly and THINK OF USING HEADPHONES for your shows 😉). 🤫📵🔇after 11 PM. In the small 20m² kitchen/living room, accessible at certain 🕖, there is a 2-burner gas stove, air fryer, kettle (refrigerator in the adjacent barn). 🚽 on the ground floor, 🚿 and sink as well (a bit 🥶, equipped with a fan heater). TV in the upstairs living room. Limited mobile network inside, but Wi-Fi is available.
