Extra feature: a lovely private wooden terrace with a dining table and garden furniture. Sun lounger available upon request at no extra charge. Access to the house's spa/jacuzzi possible under certain conditions. The accommodation is located in Royan, 2.5 km from Pontaillac beach by car, 1.5 km by bike, and 1.2 km from the central market. The Val Lumière commercial area in Vaux-sur-Mer is 1.5 km away (Intermarché, Grand Frais, etc.). Provided: tea towel, bed sheets and towels, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, oil/vinegar/salt/pepper, and a few coffee pods and tea bags. The accommodation is ideal for 2 people, 3 possible (extra floor mattress).
