Shared accommodation (long term preferred) in the heart of Saint Maur des Fossés. The host and roommate are present 3 to 4 nights during the week (Between France and England) - The house is close to local shops including an AUCHAN supermarket 100 meters away. All the roommates are active and we are looking for someone calm and who will be able to adapt to the shared accommodation and the "classic" operating rules: Take out the trash, tidy up after yourself, help with gardening, share the parking space if necessary, etc. A cleaning lady comes twice a month to the common areas, but it is still important to tidy and clean regularly. Guests accepted subject to agreement and notice from the other roommates.
