Close to the Jean-Talon and De Castelnau metro stations, located at the corner of Drolet/Faillon, is a huge two-story apartment. We're offering a very large room (approximately 12' x 12.5') for shared accommodation. It's shared with me (Valérie), my roommate (Joël), and three young, quiet, part-time students (Éli, Mica, and Ian). The space is quiet, clean, and we foster a respectful atmosphere. We're looking for a congruent personality, ideally a student.

The apartment has six bedrooms and boasts a large, sunny courtyard adorned with grape vines, a garden, and outdoor dining areas. The floors are wood and it retains its original moldings. It's located in an exceptional neighborhood. You'll find shops, grocery stores, microbreweries, cafes, pedestrian streets, and Jarry Park, which features a swimming pool. The alley is friendly and welcoming.

Nearby, you'll have access to Jarry Park, the swimming pool, metro stations, cafes, a pedestrian street, and local shops. The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer (with outdoor drying facilities), a coffee machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.

A cat also resides here and, unfortunately, doesn't tolerate the presence of other animals.
