Description
I am renting out this small mezzanine room for vacationers, travelers, and workers. You have access to the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, WC). I count on my tenants to respect the space, as I do not charge a cleaning fee. The room is located in a house with a small garden, close to buses, the train station, and shops.
I do not have a curfew, as I rely on everyone's courtesy. For long-term stays, in the event of any issues, I will examine the situation on a case-by-case basis. For last-minute bookings (i.e., for the same day), I cannot guarantee that I will always be able to accept them due to scheduling reasons. As for the arrival time, it is indicative, but I can adapt according to requests and my own schedule.
