I rent a 12 m2 room in my 120 m2 house dating from the 1950s. All shops and public transport are accessible 400 m from the house. The bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms in the house by a landing. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. There is a toilet upstairs in the bathroom and another on the ground floor. A large winter garden overlooking the garden allows you to park a bicycle or other... The whole house is shared: kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine... and there is WiFi access. You may sometimes come across a friendly dog guarding the house. I live alone during the week and with my 18 year old son on weekends and/or during vacations. A video tour is possible on request.
