Our apartment is 83 m², located in a Haussmann-style building with all the Parisian charm including moldings, a fireplace, and parquet flooring. The available bedroom is just over 12m².
We are a couple in our early 30s with a spare room in our apartment.
Lara, 30, a Franco-American, is an actress with a passion for exploration and hard work across various fields. She has a love for travel, with a particular fondness for Spain, and feels at home both in Paris and within the international community.
Simon, 29, works in the wine industry, focusing on natural wines. He has spent several years living in Thailand and enjoys sports and traveling.
We are looking to share our flat with a student, ideally a native English speaker, looking to enjoy good times together. We would appreciate a brief introduction about yourself, after which we can arrange to meet for a coffee :)
