Welcome to the Takou Musical Association at Maricela Lixa's, also known as Upcycling Girl.We are located 3.5 km from the sea in Plouguerneau.Here, you will find a 125 m² loft-workshop with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dry toilet upstairs.The loft includes a mezzanine dedicated to a thrift store and resource center, a home studio, a painting and sewing workshop, as well as a living room equipped with a wood-burning stove and a range cooker. The kitchen is equipped with an American-style bar.The site also includes a covered courtyard where association evenings can be organized (no more than six per year), an orchard, a vegetable garden, as well as a music and recording studio.We prioritize housing for those who identify with the dynamic of this space, but the place is still ideal for resting, recharging, creating, working, and gardening.We look forward to hearing from you.See you soon,Alix.
