LGBT+ shared housing for young people

I am offering rooms for rent in a private shared housing, with a youthful spirit, in a well-located apartment (near the metro, RER, highway, and train stations). The unit includes an equipped kitchen, a shared living room that is occasionally occupied, and a shared bathroom. TV, Wi-Fi, heating, and utilities are included. You will also find a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.

Students, LGBT individuals, or couples are welcome.

The living room is occupied by me when I am in Paris. Everything is available for use. Ideal for a quiet person. No pets, no smoking indoors, shoes at the entrance. Regular full cleaning is mandatory, and equipment must be left clean for the shared housing. No noise, no bother... just pleasure!
